Will be booking with them again next year. This will be the third time I’m staying here because I love this place.
The staff was polite and friendly. Couldn’t say more about them. I feel treated and safe here.
The first day I got there, buffet dinner was not that great. Food was kind of bland and missing flavors. But the second and last day buffet was better. I say out of all the options, lunch would be the most flavorful so don’t skip that if you are trying to enjoy the most out of the buffet. Also, with the massive amount of pools and areas to swim, they should have a water dance/pilates exercise activity.

It was most enjoyable gathering space for our families from across the country.
Gym, buffet, various places to eat, various pools
Lack of pool side servers for drinks, especially since the pool by my room was farthest away from the bar that made the drinks. Would be nice to have more cultural entertainment on site such as local music at the cafe locations (guitarists, mariachi players, etc). The central courtyard could use a renovation..more lounge seating & umbrellas throughout.

Great family vacation
I like the flow of the resort, and the variety of amenities. All restuarants were fantastic and had great choices of food. Our room was very spacious.
Our beds were uncomfortable and our safe didn't work. We also had a bad server in the Italian Restaurant (Mamma Mia) his name was Riquer, as we were all seating down never even acknowledge our group.
